Adamera Completes Underground Inspection of the Talisman Tungsten Mine, Washington State

Adamera Minerals Corp.

Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - October 1, 2026 – Adamera Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: ADZ; OTC: DDNFF) (“Adamera” or the “Company”) announces the completion of an underground site mine inspection of its 100% owned Talisman Project in Washington State. Talisman is one of four tungsten properties comprising the Company’s Washington Tungsten Hub.

The inspection was carried out by JDS Energy & Mining Inc. (“JDS Mining”). The visit incorporated a preliminary inspection of the portal, adit and accessible workings of the former mine.  The objective was to assess the value of the workings for ongoing exploration and to assess potential risks that would prevent safe re-entry. No such concerns were identified. A more detailed engineering assessment is required before more advanced underground work can proceed.

Overall, the mine is in competent rock, accessible from the portal. Only minor ground support is anticipated to re-establish safe working conditions. No water issues were identified.

Mineralization comprising chalcopyrite, scheelite and sphalerite was observed in the portal and adit access using UV light and a portable XRF (pXRF). The stopes are above the adit level and were not entered during this visit.

“The underground workings are well preserved. The mineralization seen in the adit is consistent with a potentially larger mineralized system,” said Mark Kolebaba, President and CEO of Adamera. “We now can place these shallow underground observations in the context of our 3D magnetic inversion model, which indicates that the magnetic body extends to depths of more than 200 metres, well below the approximately 30 metres that was previously mined. Knowing that the old mine is open and can be rehabilitated is important, as underground access will provide geological information and potentially drilling access for the project.”

Condition of the Underground Workings

The objective of the site visit was to establish whether the condition of the Talisman mine workings presents an immediate impediment to safe re-entry. None was identified. The visit addressed the three conditions that govern underground access.

  • Rock strength and ground stability: the host rock was observed to be competent and the workings stable. Full access to the mine workings remains available from the portal, and only minor ground support is anticipated to re-establish safe working conditions.

  • Water: no water management issues were identified. No dewatering requirement was identified.

  • Ventilation and air quality: the workings were well ventilated with a good flow of fresh air.

The overlying stope was not entered. Viewed from the access it appeared intact. To evaluate that area was outside the scope of the visit as the crew was not equipped with the ladders and fall-protection equipment required to enter it safely.

These observations are preliminary and based on visual examination. A more detailed geotechnical assessment, including ground support design and an inspection of the stope is required before any significant underground work commences.

Mineralization in the Mine

Mineralization was observed in the portal and adit access, comprising chalcopyrite, scheelite, the principal tungsten-bearing mineral and sphalerite. The documented past production was from the overlying stope that was not entered during this visit.

Adamera has collected more than 200 soil samples over this southern zone on a 25-metre sample spacing. The grid is designed to help define the extent of the mineralizing system at surface and to generate drill targets beyond the known tungsten mineralization. Sample results are pending.

Talisman Project

Production at the Talisman Mine took place in the early and mid 1900s. According to the U.S. Geological Survey Mineral Resources Data System (MRDS record 10042380), 521 tons of ore shipped during the early period averaged 5% copper, 4.1% zinc and 3 ounces per ton silver. Later production records report lead-zinc zones grading 20% lead, 11% zinc and 2.4 ounces per ton silver. From 1951, the operation focused on tungsten under a U.S. Defense Minerals Exploration Administration contract, with reported grades of 0.35% to 1.0% WO3. Bismuth is also reported in the mineralization.

Martin St. Pierre, P. Geo., a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, a consultant to the Company, has reviewed and approved the technical exploration content of this news release with the exception of the past production figures. Mineralization observed in the adit during the site visit are based on observation, UV light, and pXRF and are preliminary in nature. Visual observations of mineral occurrence are not indicative of grade, continuity, tonnage or economic potential.

Acceleration of Warrant Expiry

The Company also announces that it has elected to accelerate the expiry date of 20,150,000 common share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.12 per share. These comprise 1,950,000 warrants issued in the flow-through private placement that closed on December 30, 2025, and 18,200,000 warrants issued in the hard dollar private placement that closed on January 30, 2026. The acceleration right was triggered under the terms of the warrants when the Company’s common shares closed at or above $0.16 on the TSX Venture Exchange for 10 consecutive trading days commencing September 2, 2026.

Notice of acceleration has been delivered to warrant holders. The warrants will now expire at 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on October 21, 2026. Any warrants not exercised by that time will expire and be of no further force or effect. All other terms of the warrants remain unchanged. Holders wishing to exercise should deliver the completed exercise form and payment of the exercise price to the Company at Suite 410-325 Howe St., Vancouver, BC, V6C 1Z7 (Annie@pacificopportunity.com).

If all of the warrants are exercised, the Company will receive gross proceeds of $2,418,000. The proceeds will be used for general working capital and the Company’s exploration projects in British Columbia and Washington State.
