April 9, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Arcus Development Group Inc. (TSXV:ADG) (the “Company”) announces that the following changes to the board of directors and management will become effective at 4:00 p.m. (Pacific) on April 9, 2026:

 

• Ian Talbot will resign as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director; 

• James Gray will resign as Chief Financial Officer and a director;  

• Gary Paulson and Graham Downs will resign as directors; and 

• Rhonda Schultz will resign as Secretary. 

 

The Company also announces that effective April 7, 2026, William A. Wengzynowski, B.A.Sc., P.Eng., resigned from the Company’s technical committee and as the Company’s Qualified Person.

 

Darryl Jones will remain as the sole director of the Company.
