StickIt Technologies Inc. is operating under an exemption from standard change of auditor requirements, confirming no reportable events occurred between the Company and Bassi & Karimjee LLP.

Ovadia Kriheli & Co. was confirmed as the Company's auditor at the annual general meetings held on May 29, 2024, and June 26, 2025.

StickIt Technologies Inc., the parent company of Israeli technology and cannabinoid firm StickIt Ltd., is the exclusive developer of the patent-protected "Cannabis Sticks" technology. The Company's core assets include patents and patent applications for plant extracts, therapeutic compounds in smoking utensils, and honey complexes. Patents have already been granted in the USA, Europe, Israel, and Canada.

The Company's flagship product, the Extra-C stick, is manufactured through a proprietary process that condenses cannabis oil into a toothpick-like matrix. This innovation allows for the conversion of regular cigarettes into cannabis or hemp cigarettes.

StickIt Technologies Inc. conducts its research, development, and manufacturing operations from key facilities located in Dalton, Northern Israel. The Company's business strategy involves forming joint ventures in countries where recreational cannabis is legal. Under this model, licensees or joint venture partners will establish production facilities and incorporate cannabis content into sticks supplied by StickIt Technologies. The Company will provide the necessary know-how for manufacturing the finished product. Licensees will be responsible for producing the final product by adding cannabis to the raw materials provided by StickIt Technologies and will manage sales through direct points of sale or distributors. Licensees are expected to pay a setup fee for local production facilities and will receive exclusive rights to produce and market the Company's products within their designated territories.
