Blast Resources Inc. Announces Auditor Change and Marketing Agreements

Vancouver, British Columbia — April 2, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Blast Resources Inc. (CSE: BLST | FSE: O0E | OTCQB: BLSRF) announced it has changed its auditor from Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP to Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP, effective January 16, 2026.

The former auditor resigned at the company's request, and the board of directors approved the resignation and the appointment of the successor auditor. According to the company, there have been no modified opinions expressed in the audit reports of the former auditor for the company’s two most recently completed financial years or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed financial period for which an audit report was issued and preceding January 16, 2026. Further, there has not been a “reportable event” (as defined in section 4.11(1) of National Instrument 51-102) between the company and the former auditor. The company has filed the notice of change of auditor, along with the required letters from both the former auditor and the successor auditor, on SEDAR+.

Blast Resources Inc. also announced that it has engaged Echo Elite Ads Ltd. and Spark Newswire to conduct marketing activities to increase investor awareness and market visibility. The company has entered into marketing agreements with Echo Elite (250-997 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 3M1; info@echoeliteads.com; 236-858-8588) and Spark (800-885 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, V6C 3H1; steve@sparknewswire.com; 604-999-7361). The company stated that each of Echo Elite and Spark is at arm’s length to the company.

The promotional activities to be conducted by Echo Elite are expected to begin on or about April 7, 2026, and continue for up to 10 weeks, or until the company’s allocated budget is exhausted. Echo Elite has agreed to provide digital marketing services, including creating and distributing advertising content, executing targeted online advertising campaigns (including ad words campaigns), engaging third-party newsletters and vendors, and assisting with marketing strategy and investor outreach. The promotional activities will be conducted through online platforms, including digital advertising networks, newsletters and other financial media channels.

The promotional activities to be conducted by Spark are expected to begin in April 2026 and continue for approximately two months. Spark will provide investor awareness and marketing services, including newsletter and email distribution, social media distribution, and creating and distributing investment-related video content. The promotional activities will be conducted through newsletters, email networks, social media platforms, and online publications.

Under the terms of the agreements, Blast Resources Inc. has agreed to pay Echo Elite a total of up to CAD$200,000 for a term of up to 10 weeks, and Spark a total of CAD$125,000 for a term of approximately two months. According to the company, no securities of the company have been issued to Echo Elite or Spark as compensation, and no securities-based compensation is contemplated under the agreements. Echo Elite and Spark do not currently own any securities of the company.
