Upside Gold Corp. Announces September Investor Outreach Schedule

CALGARY, Alberta – September 16, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Upside Gold Corp. announced its September investor outreach schedule, which includes participation in the Commodities Global Expo Arizona 2026, investor meetings in Toronto, and the 14th Annual Muskoka Capital Event.

Sophy Cesar, CEO and Director of Upside Gold, is set to attend the Commodities Global Expo Arizona 2026, hosted by Top Shelf Partners, from September 18–20, 2026. Ms. Cesar will be a panelist on the Gold Panel on Sunday, September 20, from 10:50 a.m. to 11:25 a.m., joining other mining industry executives to discuss the gold sector. During the conference, the Company plans to meet with investors and capital markets participants to provide updates on Upside Gold, its 2026 exploration program, and upcoming catalysts at the Kena Gold-Copper Project.

Following the Arizona conference, Ms. Cesar will be in Toronto on September 24, 2026, and available for meetings with investors, brokers, analysts, and other capital markets participants.

Upside Gold is also scheduled to participate in the 14th Annual Muskoka Capital Event, hosted by Capital Event Management (CEM), from September 25–27, 2026. This event is designed to connect growth-stage public companies with active capital markets participants through pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings and networking opportunities.

Upside Gold Corp. is a Canadian gold-copper exploration company that has entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Kena Gold-Copper Project. The project is located in southeastern British Columbia, approximately 7 kilometers southwest of Nelson, and comprises 207 mineral claims and 11 crown grants covering 10,578 hectares. The Kena Project hosts a historical gold resource. This includes an Indicated Mineral Resource of 32,146,000 tonnes at an average grade of 0.544 g/t Au for 0.561 million ounces of gold, and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 177,507,000 tonnes at an average grade of 0.486 g/t Au for 2.77 million ounces of gold. The historical resource estimate is disclosed in the technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Resource Estimate for the Kena and Daylight Properties” prepared by Sue Bird, P.Eng. of Moose Mountain Technical Services, dated May 3, 2021, and filed on SEDAR on behalf of West Mining Corp. A Qualified Person has not classified the historical estimate as current mineral resources, and Upside Gold Corp. is not treating it as such. The historical estimate is provided for informational purposes only and requires additional drilling and technical work to be verified as a current mineral resource. Parameters and assumptions used, including CIM Definition Standards and Best Practices Guidelines, are outlined in Bird 2021. Resources are reported using the 2014 CIM Definition Standards and were estimated using the 2019 CIM Best Practices Guidelines. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
