CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings Advances European Patent, Restructures CEO Contract, and Explores Capital Raise
September 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB:CTTH) has advanced its European patent approval with the initiation of a Unitary patent covering 18 European Union member states, the company announced September 16. CTT plans to further validate this patent in additional countries included within the Unitary Patent framework.
In an effort to curb shareholder dilution and conserve capital, the CEO of CTT Pharma has proposed transitioning his employment contract to a performance-based agreement. This new contract, slated to take effect in the first quarter of 2027, will incorporate specific milestones such as Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approvals, defined share price targets, and achievements in partnerships, licensing, and revenue generation.
The company has also entered into a term sheet with a hedge fund, which outlines a potential capital raise. If additional funding is secured, CTT intends to allocate these resources toward manufacturing initiatives, potential clinical trials, and general corporate expenses. CTT is currently engaged in contract discussions with a U.S. company for clinical trials related to a smoking cessation product. These discussions are a continuation of a previously signed Letter of Intent (LOI) between the two entities.
Furthermore, CTT Pharma is in negotiations with a manufacturer to aid in the development of the company’s patented technology and to facilitate the mass production of several potential product lines. The company is also exploring a potential partnership with a United States-based university. CTT stated it will continue to update shareholders as new information becomes available and will submit necessary 8-K forms to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as required.
