Valdor Technology International Inc. Announces Board and Management Changes

VANCOUVER, B.C. – July 2, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Valdor Technology International Inc. (CSE: VTI), a provider of advanced fiber optic components, announced significant changes to its board of directors and management team, effective July 2, 2026. The company also confirmed the appointment of two new directors and a new interim CEO.

Mr. Amar Purewal has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and from the board of directors. Mr. Kelly Abbott has also resigned from the board of directors. Valdor Technology International Inc. expressed gratitude to both Mr. Purewal and Mr. Abbott for their contributions and wished them success in their future endeavors.

To address the vacancies, the Company appointed Mr. Tyler Campbell and Mr. Arun Lagah as new directors. Following his appointment to the board, Mr. Campbell was also named Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Jon James, who has been a director and Corporate Secretary since January 2025, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Lagah, a resident of Victoria, B.C., brings expertise in privacy and information management to the board. He holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Victoria. His professional background encompasses privacy, social sciences, research, regulatory compliance, and access to information matters.

Valdor Technology International Inc. has an operating subsidiary, Valdor Fiber Optics, Inc., headquartered near San Francisco, California. This subsidiary specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of passive fiber optic equipment, assembling optical fiber components.
