Each whole warrant is exercisable at $0.40 for a period of 12 months from issuance, subject to an acceleration clause.

To accommodate continued investor interest and allow additional time to finalize subscriptions for the second tranche, the Company has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the closing date of the offering to October 31, 2026. Previously, on September 11, 2026, the Company closed the first tranche of the offering, issuing 1,708,230 units for gross proceeds of $427,057, with each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.
