Adamera Minerals Corp. Completes Underground Inspection at Talisman Project, Accelerates Warrant Expiry
Vancouver, British Columbia — October 1, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Adamera Minerals Corp. announced the successful completion of an underground site mine inspection at its wholly-owned Talisman Project in Washington State, a key component of the Company's Washington Tungsten Hub, which comprises four tungsten properties. The inspection, conducted by JDS Energy & Mining Inc., included a preliminary assessment of the mine's portal, adit, and accessible workings to evaluate their suitability for ongoing exploration and identify any risks to safe re-entry. No significant concerns were identified, suggesting that only minor ground support may be needed to establish safe working conditions. The mine is situated in competent rock, accessible from the portal, and presents no water management issues.
During the visit, mineralization containing chalcopyrite, scheelite, and sphalerite was observed in the portal and adit access areas, identified using UV light and a portable XRF device. The stopes, located above the adit level, were not entered during this inspection. A more comprehensive engineering assessment will be necessary before advanced underground work can commence.
Mark Kolebaba, President and CEO of Adamera, stated that the underground workings are well-preserved and the mineralization observed in the adit aligns with the potential for a larger mineralized system. He noted that these shallow underground observations can now be integrated with the Company's 3D magnetic inversion model, which indicates the magnetic body extends to depths exceeding 200 metres, significantly below the approximately 30 metres previously mined. Kolebaba highlighted the importance of the mine being open and rehabilitatable, as underground access will provide valuable geological information and potential drilling access.
The site visit confirmed that the condition of the Talisman mine workings does not present an immediate impediment to safe re-entry. The rock strength and ground stability were deemed competent, with workings appearing stable. Full access from the portal is available, and only minor ground support is anticipated for rehabilitation. Ventilation was good, with a steady flow of fresh air, and no water issues were identified, negating any dewatering requirements. The overlying stope, while not entered due to the absence of necessary safety equipment, appeared intact from the access point.
Preliminary observations suggest mineralization comprising chalcopyrite, scheelite, and sphalerite in the portal and adit access. Past production, which occurred in the early and mid-1900s, was from the overlying stope. According to the U.S. Geological Survey Mineral Resources Data System, initial ore shipments averaged 5% copper, 4.1% zinc, and 3 ounces per ton of silver. Later reports indicated lead-zinc zones grading 20% lead, 11% zinc, and 2.4 ounces per ton of silver. From 1951, the operation focused on tungsten under a U.S. Defense Minerals Exploration Administration contract, with reported grades ranging from 0.35% to 1.0% WO3. Bismuth has also been reported within the mineralization.
Adamera has collected over 200 soil samples on a 25-metre spacing over the southern zone of the Talisman Project. This sampling is intended to define the extent of the surface mineralization and generate drill targets beyond the known tungsten mineralization. Sample results are currently pending.
In a separate announcement, Adamera Minerals Corp. is accelerating the expiry date of 20,150,000 common share purchase warrants, exercisable at $0.12 per share. These warrants include 1,950,000 issued in a flow-through private placement on December 30, 2025, and 18,200,000 issued in a hard dollar private placement on January 30, 2026. The acceleration was triggered by the Company's common shares closing at or above $0.16 on the TSX Venture Exchange for 10 consecutive trading days, commencing September 2, 2026. Notice of acceleration has been provided to warrant holders, with the warrants now set to expire at 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on October 21, 2026. Any unexercised warrants will expire thereafter. If all warrants are exercised, Adamera anticipates receiving gross proceeds of $2,418,000, which will be allocated to general working capital and exploration projects in British Columbia and Washington State.
Adamera Minerals Corp. focuses on critical metals in the U.S. and copper-gold in southern British Columbia. The Company's Washington State operations are advancing a tungsten portfolio to support domestic supply chains, while its Canadian activities include exploration of the South Hedley Copper-Gold Project and management of several drill-ready gold projects.
