Synbio International Updates on Dual-Track Strategy: Commercial Launch of Wellness Products and Advancement of AI Mental Health Screening Technology

NEW YORK, NY – October 1, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Synbio International, Inc. is advancing a dual-track strategy combining a consumer wellness business with an AI-driven medical technology platform for mental health screening. The company is preparing for the commercial launch of its Healing Force™ nutraceutical division and progressing its NIMS™ (Non-invasive Medical Screening) platform, developed by FacialDx Inc., towards a feasibility study in Australia. Synbio is also exploring financing structures intended to avoid further shareholder dilution.

The Healing Force™ nutraceutical division is set to launch its first product, Healing Force™ Anxiety Relief. Synbio has secured exclusive commercialization rights for the U.S. and Canada through a licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue-sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc., which will handle product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

For its AI mental health screening technology, NIMS™, Synbio holds a Clinical Trial License Agreement with FacialDx and a Master Services Agreement with a subsidiary of ASX-listed Resonance Health Ltd. for an Australian proof-of-concept study. Synbio also has a strategic equity position in FacialDx, with the potential to convert clinical trial spending into additional equity, subject to certain conditions.

The World Health Organization estimates that over one billion people globally live with a mental health condition, with depression and anxiety alone costing the global economy approximately US$1 trillion annually in lost productivity. Current screening methods often rely on subjective questionnaires and self-reporting. NIMS™ aims to address this by analyzing facial imagery and signals to identify features that may be associated with conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder and PTSD, intended to supplement, rather than replace, clinical judgment.

Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International, stated, “We are building a balanced company: a commercial business that can generate revenue and support operations, alongside a healthcare technology opportunity with the potential to be far larger. Healing Force™ gives us a path to near-term revenue. NIMS™ gives our shareholders exposure to AI-enabled mental health screening, a field where objective tools are badly needed. We know that execution, not announcements, will define our credibility, and our focus is on delivering measurable milestones.”

The Healing Force™ brand, launched on August 11, 2026, utilizes a capital-efficient model where Synbio manages branding, marketing, sales, and distribution, while its partner handles product development and manufacturing. Synbio is developing a data-driven, direct-to-consumer platform for Healing Force™, employing targeted digital advertising, educational content, and influencer marketing to optimize spend and build a customer database.

The NIMS™ program's next step is a feasibility study in Australia using retrospective clinical data. If results are positive, Synbio plans to proceed with a larger prospective validation study in the United States and engage with regulators. The NIMS™ platform uses AI analysis of facial imagery and visual biomarkers to identify features associated with behavioral and mental health conditions.

Key upcoming milestones for Synbio include completing the Healing Force™ commercial launch infrastructure, building customer traction, initiating the NIMS™ feasibility study in Australia, finalizing clinical program financing to limit dilution, evaluating opportunities to restructure outstanding obligations, and launching a market-visibility program to inform shareholders and prospective investors.
