MONTRÉAL (QUÉBEC) — July 2, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Scandium Canada Ltée (TSX-V : SCD) issued a reminder today to holders of its outstanding share purchase warrants that these warrants will expire on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The warrants were issued as part of the company's rights offering that closed on July 5, 2024. Each warrant grants the holder the right to purchase one common share of Scandium Canada at a price of $0.05 until the expiry date.
Any warrants not exercised by the expiry date will lapse and be cancelled, with no resulting shares issued to the holder.
Warrants are held through brokerage firms. Since exercising the warrants is optional, holders must instruct their brokers to proceed with the exercise on their behalf. Therefore, warrant holders wishing to exercise their warrants are advised to contact their brokers no later than Monday, July 6, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Holders should contact their brokers directly to confirm any internal deadlines and exercise procedures.
Questions regarding the exercise of warrants should be directed to the holder's broker. General inquiries can be sent to the company via email at info@scandium-canada.com.
