Hi-View Resources Inc. Acquires Jim Property in Toodoggone Gold & Copper District
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — September 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Hi-View Resources Inc. has acquired the Jim Property in the Toodoggone Gold & Copper District of northern British Columbia. The property is contiguous to Thesis Gold & Silver's land package and located near Evergold Corp.'s Golden Lion project.
R. Nick Horsley, Chief Executive Officer of Hi-View, stated that the Jim Property acquisition expands the company's land holdings in the Toodoggone district. The property is surrounded by Thesis Gold & Silver's northern land package. A visible gossanous zone at the surface is believed to indicate potential hidden sulphide mineralization at depth, possibly linked to a copper porphyry system, which the company views as a target worthy of further investigation.
The Jim Property includes the historic 'JM' showing, first documented in 1988. It is situated adjacent to Thesis Gold & Silver's land package and in proximity to Evergold's Golden Lion project.
Observations in the area include malachite staining with associated chalcopyrite, lining fracture planes and appearing with quartz and calcite stringers within narrow shears. The presence of copper sulphides and oxides, along with gold and silver values localized in fractures, shears, and quartz-calcite veining, suggests an epithermal hydrothermal system. It is believed that stronger mineralization might be concealed beneath the gossanous zone. Historically, the area has only undergone prospecting, indicating a need for further mapping and analyses to follow up on these findings. Hi-View Resources Inc. sees this as an opportunity to advance an epithermal target in a district that already contains the Kemess, Aurora, Lawyers, and Baker deposits.
Under the terms of the agreement, Hi-View Resources Inc. acquired a 100% interest in the Property from an arm's length vendor. This acquisition was made through the issuance of 100,000 common shares of the Company, a $5,000 cash payment, and the granting of a 2% net smelter returns royalty (NSR) on the Property. The Company retains the right to buy back 1% of the NSR for $1,000,000.
