Ironman International Provides Update on Management Cease Trade Order
LANGLEY, BC — May 15, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Ironman International Ltd. (TSXV:IMI) (OTCQB: IMITF) has provided an update regarding the management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on April 30, 2026. The MCTO was issued due to a delay in filing the company’s interim financial statements.
The delay also impacts the accompanying management’s discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certificates for the period ended February 28, 2026, (collectively, the "Q1 Filings").
