St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. Announces Executive Changes and Board Priorities

Montréal, Quebec — July 2, 2026 — Leads & Copy — St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. announced the conclusion of an executive consulting agreement with Ian C. Peres and EVSX Corp., effective immediately. The company also stated that Mark Billings has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Billings is tasked with guiding the corporation through this transitional period. His responsibilities will include protecting the company's assets, engaging with stakeholders, and exploring options to preserve and maximize value for the benefit of the corporation and its stakeholders.

The Board of Directors reiterated its commitment to acting in the best interests of the corporation. Current priorities include safeguarding assets, maintaining essential corporate functions, and collaborating with creditors, regulators, employees, and other stakeholders to preserve value and identify the optimal course of action.

St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. is involved in developing new technologies and holds a diverse portfolio of assets and patent-pending intellectual property across several subsidiaries. These include EVSX, focused on battery processing; St-Georges Metallurgy, which conducts metallurgical research and development, including methods for recovering high-grade lithium from spodumene; Iceland Resources, with gold exploration projects like the Thor Project; H2SX, developing technology to convert methane into solid carbon and turquoise hydrogen; and Quebec exploration projects, such as the Manicouagan and Julie nickel, copper, and PGE critical mineral projects on Quebec's North-Shore, and the Notre-Dame niobium Project in Lac St-Jean.
