CleanGo Innovations Inc. Closes Private Placement Raising Over $700,000

HOUSTON, TX — August 18, 2026 — Leads & Copy — CleanGo Innovations Inc. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising over $700,000 in gross proceeds. The offering consisted of 934,696 units priced at $0.77 each, generating aggregate gross proceeds of $719,716.80.

Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. The warrants provide holders with the right to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.85 per share, valid for two years from the issuance date. The company plans to allocate the net proceeds from this offering towards general working capital and corporate activities.

All securities distributed under the private placement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from their issuance date, in compliance with Canadian securities regulations. The transaction is also contingent upon final approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
