CHARBONE Announces Delivery of Key Electrolyzer for UHP Clean Hydrogen Production Expansion

The arrival of this critical equipment marks a significant milestone in the execution of Phase 1B of the project, confirming the tangible progress of CHARBONE's development plan to increase its UHP clean hydrogen production capacity and meet the growing demand from its industrial clients.

The electrolyzer, designed to produce hydrogen through water electrolysis, is the technological heart of the Sorel-Tracy site's next production phase. Its delivery allows CHARBONE's teams, construction contractors, and technical partners to proceed with the subsequent stages of positioning, installation, and integration into the site's infrastructure.

Civil engineering work and foundation preparation have been completed to accommodate the main production equipment. Activities will continue according to the company's execution schedule, including the assembly of components, mechanical and electrical connections, and verification and commissioning steps.
